This Privacy Policy applies to the HireDevs website and to information you provide when you contact us, request a fit call, or otherwise communicate with us about our software development and AI services. A separate signed agreement may govern information processed while delivering services to a client.

When you submit the fit-call form, we may collect your name, work email, company, description of your initiative, and any optional brief, requirements document, image, or project deck you upload. We also collect information you choose to include in emails, calls, or other correspondence.

Website and device information

When analytics is enabled, Google Analytics may collect pseudonymous usage data such as pages viewed, interactions, referral source, approximate location, browser, device, and operating-system information. Analytics is enabled by default for visitors detected in the United States. Visitors detected outside the United States are asked for consent before analytics loads. Anyone can disable analytics through Cookie settings. We also use local browser storage to remember theme and cookie preferences.

• Cloudflare, which hosts and secures the website.
• Resend, which delivers fit-call submissions to our team.
• Google Analytics, when enabled under the regional preferences described in our Cookie Policy.
• Professional advisers, contractors, or authorities when reasonably necessary for legal, security, or business purposes.

We do not sell personal information, rent contact lists, or use website analytics for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. International processing

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers and require service providers to protect information consistently with their contractual and legal obligations.

6. Retention

We retain inquiries and optional uploads for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate a potential engagement, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Analytics retention depends on our Google Analytics settings; GA4 first-party cookies may remain for up to two years unless you withdraw consent or clear them sooner.

7. Your choices and rights
